Christyna helped us sell our family home after the death of our parents. She was involved in every aspect, including recommendations of what renovations would give us the most bang for the buck, timing for placing on the market, local compensation records for a property that didn’t “fit the mold” for the area, and negotiating with various buyers when we (fortunately) ended up in a bidding war.
